<p>To help promote World Aids Day on 1st Dec, Belvedere Vodka released a limited edition (RED) bottle at an exclusive event held at Melbourne venue Alumbra.</p>
<p>To create and produce this event, held on World Aids Day, Event Planet<a href="http://eventplanet.com.au/" target="_blank"> </a>was invited to paint the chosen venue RED to raise awareness and help celebrate a spirits industry partnership between RED, and Belvedere Vodka.</p>
<p>Using red lighting and hundreds of red ribbons hanging from the ceiling and rippling across the dance floor, the entire experience gave a nod to the iconic red World Aids Day ribbon.</p>
<p>Guests were kept refreshed with Belvedere cocktails and entertained as a live model was covered in body paint and transformed into an artistic masterpiece during the night.</p>
<p>Additionally for a spot of fun guests had their photo taken with life sized branded cut out of Grammy award winning musician Usher, who had teamed up with the vodka company for the release of the Special Edition bottle, which raised funds for the charity.</p>

<p>In conjunction with World Aids Day, guests were stopped for a photo with life size branded Usher cut outs and received a red ribbon to pin to their clothing. Hundreds of lengths of red ribbon were rigged on hoops hung from the ceiling, leading guests to the feature body paint artist. With a trademark Belvedere RED cocktail in hand, guests were able to immerse themselves in red and enjoy a relaxed night in Melbourne’s premium Belvedere venue.</p>

<p>The sun shone, the bubbles flowed, fashion was strutted and the ponies and players performed for the crowds in 5 cities around Australia for Paspaley Polo in the City 2011. The Sydney series heralded the arrival of Event Planet’s brainchild “The Clubhouse”.</p>

Needless to say, the guests were still dancing while the sun set on the polo field!</p>
<p>Plus, the event successfully raised $2,500 for Aurora Group&#8217;s charitable activities around Australia.</p>

Part of the content and activities included identifying and announcing new revenue streams from innovative products. The events created a platform for industry leaders to come together to debate and discuss the applications and business models of the future. The collaborative world of the digital community was explored and particularly, how this is rapidly transforming organisations and the roles and functions within them, including the integration of the physical and digital world through document management and digital<br />
workplace services.</p>

The event series featured futurist speakers from around the globe, including the world’s top rated futurist speaker, Dr Thomas Frey, appearing via free-format-hologram technology as well as 3-dimensional animations, live speakers and interactive marketing sessions. A strong social media campaign was implemented to broadcast and highlight the<br />

An abundance of entertainment was provided by Australian and International cricketing legends and engaging commentators.  It was success and victory all round &#8211; for Event Planet and Australia – who could forget Michael Clarke’s 329 runs! Aussie, Aussie, Aussie!</p>

<p>Event Planet’s scope of services included: venue liaison, catering, audio visual, technical support, security, website development, invitations, registration management, VIP / speaker travel &amp; accommodation,speaker management, front desk services, live web streaming and more.</p>
