Event Brief

To produce and manage the Paspaley Polo in the City Series across Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne and Perth. Working with Polo Enterprises Australia, the Paspaley Polo in the City series aims to bring the sport to the city and to show people why polo is one of the fastest growing spectator sports in the world. Liaising with various suppliers, venues, sponsors and corporate guests, Event Planet executed a successful event in each state. The 2010 Paspaley Polo in the City series has been the largest of its kind to take place in Australia.

Event Planet’s scope of services for the event included: Site Inspections, Supplier & Venue Management, Hire Equipment, Running Schedules, Progress Updates, Floor Plans, AV & Staging, Entertainment & Performers, Security, Cleaning & Waste Removal, Staffing Onsite, Budget Management.
