Event Brief

To design a relaxed, laid back and fun welcome night beach party for the Moet Hennessy conference delegates from around Australia. Event Planet transformed the informal kiosk venue into a Hamptons-style haven. Guests enjoyed French champagne and delicious food whilst kicking off their branded thongs and playing Petanque, beach cricket, limbo and lining up for a shot in the ‘Click, Click, Clicquot’ photo booth. The funky DJ, housed in a custom-made sand booth, entertained guests all night with groovy Summer tunes.
